When enquiring about an item(s), the BATALLA team will respond to you within 5 business days to confirm the availability and estimated delivery date(s) of the desired piece(s).

Please note that this date(s) is not guaranteed and the actual shipping date may vary for any given pre-order item.

Once confirmed, you will be charged for the total amount of all pre-order item(s) purchased at the time the order is placed. Payment for these pieces will be facilitated through the BATALLA boutique, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction experience for our esteemed clientele.

At the time of payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped containing tracking information which you can use to follow your shipment's progress.
